Hi! I am a junior secondary education social sciences major in PC ’22, and I am the 2024 Vice President of Chapter Development for Phi Mu- Zeta Gamma! For the 2023 term, I served at the Alumnae Relations Chairwoman and Parents’ Weekend Chair which gave me the opportunity to connect with alumnae Phi Mu members and our active members’ families!
I am so grateful to be in the role of VPCD and have the opportunity to strengthen our sisterhood through the individual and group development at our Monday chapter meetings. Sisterhood is a pivotal part of our chapter and strive to create a welcoming environment for all sisters to grow through our monthly themes of Philanthropy, Ritual, Wellness, DEI, Community, and Accountability! I am so proud to be a Phi Mu-Zeta Gamma and share the values of our national sisterhood... Love, Honor, Truth! LIOB, Maggie Buettner |
"In high school, it took me a while to find a friend group who I really fit in with and knew I could trust. In Phi Mu, I found some amazing friends within a few short weeks. Even after just being together for one school year, it was so hard to say goodbye to them for the summer! I cannot wait to continue to grow closer to them and others in our sisterhood during these next few years."

"I never thought I would find a group of such amazing women. My Phi Mu sisters challenge me, support me, and love me unconditionally. On my worst days, these women are the light that brightens my day. I can’t imagine my life without all of these amazing Zeta Gamma girlies and I am so grateful for them each and every day."

"I knew I was home once went through formal recruitment. Phi Mu made me feel so special and included, and they continue to make me feel like I belong every day. The women in Zeta Gamma encourage me to be the best version of myself and have made me a better person since I joined. I have met my best friends in this chapter and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! I hope that we continue to grow with each other and to succeed and support each other even after college."

"From the moment I became a member, I've been welcomed into a supportive community where I've formed deep and lasting connections with like-minded individuals. The bonds I've made through Phi Mu have enriched my life in countless ways, providing me with a sense of belonging and support during both the highs and lows. Beyond the personal connections, Phi Mu has offered me numerous opportunities for growth and leadership development, allowing me to explore my passions, hone my skills, and contribute meaningfully to causes I care about. Each experience within Phi Mu fills me with gratitude and excitement, reminding me of the invaluable role this chapter has played in my life and college career!"
